Our design and development life cycle is front-loaded with a series of thorough research and planning rounds that the whole project team participates in. We pride ourselves on our innate ability to strip a problem to its frame, put analytical minds on the business case and all of its requirements and then fully spec the project thoroughly and without ambiguity.

Our attention to detail naturally limits scope creep, keeps timelines and budgets realistic, and further to that, ensures that everybody on the team has what they need to get their job done. Micromanagement isn't in our vocabularly at Onespacemedia. It's not our style and our people just don’t need it.

In a more general sense, we learn from all of our projects. We're proactive in evaluating and improving our work. We’re aggressively opposed to unnecessary bureaucracy, always aim to keep things streamlined and sharp and we all share the successes and the challenges of our projects together.

It’s crucial that we’re directly involved in nurturing, supporting and encouraging the next generation of digital talent. Our internships aren’t about making tea or doing the dishes. Instead, you’ll be thrown right into the mix from day one. You’ll be working on real projects for real clients, where your creative input will be a valuable asset.

Ideally, you’ll already have some experience in a digital field. Successful applicants will be passionate, friendly, and able to demonstrate some technical aptitude - with great communication skills and attention to detail. So, if you’re an aspiring don of development or design, we’d really love to hear from you.
