We've just finished a round of design and functionality upgrades for online garden furniture retailer Jo Alexander.
The home page saw some significant design changes with a colour palette change and the addition of custom promotional graphics that advertise seasonal offers such as sale events. We updated the footer to include a link to Feefo customer reviews and added an FSC logo to promote the company's green credentials.
Product pages saw major updates with the addition of a product multi-buy feature that allows Jo Alexander to group products together and apply discounts. We also updated the product description to allow for longer descriptions which helps boost traffic. This was achieved without breaking the design by providing a show/hide control on longer text areas.
Under the hood we integrated with Google Product search and we topped off the updates with the addition of a news feature and contact form. We're confident that these upgrades will beat back the rainy summer blues and encourage increased and more relevant traffic patterns and boost sales.
