The Drum Digital Census has been published and we are delighted to be ranked the number one digital agency in Cambridge for client satisfaction and 24th in the UK overall*.
Conducted by PPA Business Magazine of the Year, The Drum (in partnership with the Recommended Agency Register), the census provides comprehensive reviews of UK digital marketing agencies to identify industry leaders and is made up of three polls, including client satisfaction.
The Onespacemedia team prides itself on delivering a holistic service to drive results for our clients and the client satisfaction poll recognises all aspects of an agency's approach - from breadth of digital services offered, creativity, strategic thinking, and of course client service.
The creative industries contribute some £71.4bn per year to the UK economy; digital accounts for almost half of that , playing a major role in the rapid growth of the industry as companies increasingly recognise the ability of digital innovation to drive commercial success. Evidence of this trend could be seen in the financial poll, with 92% of agencies demonstrating increased income compared with the previous year's figures.
