Ionscope needed a way to streamline their customer support process and create more interaction amongst the worldwide community of Ionscope users. Enter Ionscope Live, an online community forum that enables users to post support queries, ask for advice from other Ionscope users, showcase work
in the form of images and videos and also post publications that reference Ionscope technology. The long tail effect of this innovation provides Ionscope with a massive database of images, videos and real world case studies of people using Ionscope technology. What's the catch?
