Boosting global success with web design & SEO

Responsive web design project for financial services company Laven

Cambridge-based branding, web design and digital marketing agency, Onespacemedia, has launched a new project to boost the commercial success of global financial services company, Laven Partners.

Based in the City of London, Laven is a tech-driven compliance consultancy specialising in the UK and US regulatory landscapes. The company has developed proprietary technology designed to streamline the compliance workflow, reducing human error and creating time and cost efficiencies - serving some of the world’s most ambitious financial organisations in competitive international markets.

Laven hired Onespacemedia to design and build a new website to help amplify the company’s position as a global expert and support its business development goals - as well as providing search engine optimisation (SEO) and Google Analytics services to help maximise the site’s ranking power and empower Laven to make business decisions based on the most relevant data.

The modern, clean website showcases Laven’s expertise and products in an engaging and intuitive way and includes a number of impactful enhancements, including a support area for existing clients, and product portal gateways. Using leading web design practices and techniques, the marketing website guides users to key content and actions that support Laven’s business goals, such as a demonstration booking form and lead generation pages. Onespacemedia and Laven continue to work together to evolve the site as part of a retainer agreement.

Onespacemedia’s creative director, James Dellar, commented “Laven Partners were looking for a digital partner that could elevate the brand’s proposition with impact and with a clear focus on their business objectives. We’re delighted to have built a website that effectively demonstrates Laven’s expertise and their place in the global market. I look forward to our continued relationship as the company evolves.”

A well-structured, user-friendly site is the first step to ensuring that websites are search engine-friendly. To further improve the ability of the site to achieve favourable search engine rankings, Onespacemedia conducted a technical audit of the website prior to launch, providing a full analysis of a range of technical factors that influence a website’s ability to rank, as well providing SEO consultancy - as well as providing a bespoke approach to Google Analytics, to give Laven a deeper understanding of their users and bring focus to the metrics most important to their business goals.

Nicky Hughes, Head of Digital Marketing at Onespacemedia commented, “Our websites are built with the key tenets of SEO in place. With the foundations set, it’s time to start building on these efforts to help websites rank effectively in search engines. An overview of Laven Partners’ SEO position and a technical site audit gave Laven vital data as the next step to improving their search position and generating more traffic.”

Katharina Rhomberg, Head of Marketing at Laven, added “We knew right away that Onespacemedia was the right fit for us. They understood our vision and knew exactly what we were looking for. Creating this new website with them was a great experience and we were able to leverage their creative expertise as well as their knowledge in all things digital. Our new website gives us a great platform to showcase our strengths and uniqueness and the feedback has been amazing so far. We are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the team at Onespacemedia and working together on many projects which are yet to come.”
