MD and founder of Onespacemedia, James Cotton, joined Cambridge 105’s The Business of Cambridge recently to discuss the future of digital - in a new show presented by Sookio’s Sue Keogh.
In a lively discussion, James and fellow guest Matt Burman, artistic director at Cambridge Junction, talk about a range of tools and strategies for businesses looking to get the most out their digital output - from websites to social media.
The show looks in more detail at how websites have evolved over the past decade to become a vital marketing tool that can drive companies’ business objectives - as well as the latest trends in social media and digital as a whole.
Speaking about how agencies can support clients as they manage their digital platforms, James said, “Agencies who are empowering their customers to manage simple tasks on a day-to-day basis, posting news and events etc, those are the types of agencies that are going to thrive and have longer term relationships with their clients. We’re much more interested in adding value to our clients’ businesses.”
