Churchill Archives Centre

Modern brand evolution for a world-leading collection of 20th Century history

The Churchill Archives Centre was purpose-built in 1973 to house Sir Winston Churchill's papers - more than 3000 boxes of letters and documents ranging from his first childhood letters, via his great war-time speeches, to the writings which earned him the Nobel Prize for Literature.  Based at Churchill College in Cambridge, The Churchill Archives Centre is a world-leading collection of 20th Century history.

Selected because of our brand design expertise, Onespacemedia was challenged with reimagining the Centre’s brand for the 21st century. Inspired by the Centre’s commitment to digitising its collection, we created a marque and accompanying brand collateral which balances the rich history of the collection with a need to embrace the future. The new brand has been rolled out across the Centre’s collateral including stationery, marketing materials, digital and signage and livery.
