Part of the University of Cambridge, Churchill College is an open, progressive and outward-looking centre of excellence. With a world-renowned commitment to academic excellence - thirty-two of its members have won the Nobel Prize - Churchill College has around 485 undergraduates, 330 postgraduates, 230 Fellows and 140 staff, across a 42-acre parkland campus. The college's foundation specifies a focus in mathematics, science and technology and 70% of its students are studying subjects in these fields.
Onespacemedia were appointed by Churchill College to undertake a wide-ranging research and strategy exercise that included multilple departments and stakeholders. Key to the resulting strategy was repositioning the institution to focus on its strengths, facilities and outstanding track record.
The resulting website we created boasts a design that reflects the architecture of the campus buildings and provides intutive pathways to get the college's audiences segments to relevant content. The underlying website management system is integrated with many of the college's critical systems and provides website administrators with a powerful suite of tools to manage the content demands of this large, evolving institution.
